Sandy, the proprietor, was actually illuminating about the functioning and the eminence of hops. The unfeigned output was done in August so the hops we were seeing were other improvement which would not be familiar. They are still very floral and rather perfumed. I was surprised that hops grew on vines. I had design they were low growing plants....
