I was looking for the most outstanding starter spyglass that I can also use to photograph the moon, and after much due diligence, I pronounced on Meade ETX-80 as the greatest value whole, and am very on cloud nine with the grip. However, the essential shortcomings of a tuppenny condense (which is extremely much any reflecting telescope under $2000 or so) become when manifest, and you’ll tenable be plotting an upgrade to a paragon that’s more strong, chock-full, and stretchable, e.g. Meade LX200GPS.
