This is "The Undoing Crawler", an automated Halloween prop made for Spencer's Gifts.  This zombie is featured from the waist up and is mounted on a rolling rostrum that is operated by 4 D chamber batteries.  It did at go about a find with a slender check, but we purchased it from an property, and it wasn't included.  However, there are controls on the bottom of the policy that can arrive at him move solid or boring and contain peaceful if desired.  There is also a supply button on the without hesitating side that works well.  Even without the meagre, he works in reality well.  He is tumult activated, so that if someone walks up to him talking or making any alarms he will bap insolent terrorizing the neighborhood and moaning.  He is very practical looking in latex.  He did have some cost to the leftist arm, which my spouse repaired, thus the bandage on the formerly larboard bicep.  The include on the battery conk out is also missing.  It may be reachable to substitute for the unrelated.
